This policy applies to individuals who visit the Tweenip website, use the Tweenip mobile application, create an account or sign in, add places, events, ratings, or comments, register for community meetups or other events, communicate with us, or subscribe to updates and other information if they have given consent.
3. What personal data we may process
Depending on how you use Tweenip, we may process in particular the following data: first name and last name, e-mail address, phone number, account and sign-in data, information about the sign-in method you use, information about your profile and preferences, saved favourite places, language settings, data contained in content you submit, such as places, events, comments, ratings, or photos, location data or the approximate location of your device, technical and operational data such as IP address, device information, operating system, browser type, or app version, logs, diagnostic information and error data, data related to community meetup and event registrations, such as the number of attendees or optional additional information, and the content of communication you send to us.
If you sign in through third-party services, such as Apple or Google, we may receive basic data made available to us by that provider as part of the sign-in process, such as your account identifier, name, or e-mail address.
4. For what purposes we process personal data and on what legal basis
We process personal data only to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose.
We process data mainly for the purposes of providing the website, application, and user account, enabling sign-in via e-mail, Apple, or Google, operating community features and user-generated content, handling meetup registrations and event organisation, communication and customer support, security, abuse prevention and enforcement of rights, analytics, measurement and service improvement, sending updates, invitations, and other information if you have given consent, and complying with legal obligations.
The legal basis for processing is in particular the performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into a contract, our legitimate interest, consent, and compliance with a legal obligation, depending on the nature of the specific processing.

We obtain personal data mainly directly from you when you register, sign in, or use the service, from forms you complete, from content you submit, from your device or browser when you use the website and application, and, where relevant, from third-party sign-in providers if you sign in via Apple or Google.

Tweenip is a service aimed at parents and families.
