These Terms of Use govern the use of the Tweenip website, mobile application, and related services.

2. What Tweenip is

Tweenip is a digital platform focused on discovering places, activities, and events suitable for families with children. Users may browse content, create an account, save favourite places, add new places and events, write ratings and comments, register for community meetups, and use other related features of the service.

3. Acceptance of these Terms

By using Tweenip, you agree to these Terms. If you create an account or use any feature of the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service.

4. User account

Some features of Tweenip may require creating a user account or signing in. Sign-in may be available, for example, via e-mail or third-party services such as Apple or Google.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering or using your account and for keeping your account secure. You must not allow any unauthorised third party to use your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised or misused, please contact us without undue delay.

5. User content

Tweenip may allow users to submit content, such as places, events, photos, ratings, comments, or other contributions.

By submitting or publishing content, you confirm that:

– you are authorised to submit and share such content,

– the content does not infringe the rights of any third party,

– the content is not false, misleading, offensive, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate.

User content remains the property of its author or other rightful owner. However, by submitting content, you grant Tweenip a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, royalty-free licence to use that content to the extent necessary for the operation, development, promotion, and improvement of the Tweenip service, including displaying it, adjusting its format, publishing it, sharing it with partners as part of the service, and using it in related outputs.

6. Prohibited conduct

When using Tweenip, you must not in particular:

– violate applicable laws,

– infringe intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties,

– submit false, misleading, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content,

– submit pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise indecent content,

– submit spam, advertising, malware, or harmful code,

– interfere with the security or functioning of the service,

– misuse community or registration features,

– use the service in an automated way that could damage it or place an unreasonable burden on it.

7. Moderation and content actions

Tweenip reserves the right to review, limit, edit, hide, or remove user content or accounts if there is reasonable suspicion that they violate these Terms, applicable law, or the legitimate interests of Tweenip or third parties.

Tweenip is not obliged to publish every submitted item of content or to keep it displayed in its original form.

8. Places, events, and information on the platform

Tweenip aims to keep published information as accurate and useful as possible, but does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or availability. Information about places, events, opening hours, prices, facilities, or suitability for children may change.

Use of information provided through the service is at the user’s own risk.

9. Community meetups and other events

Tweenip may organise or facilitate community meetups and other events. Additional specific information, rules, or registration conditions may apply to such events.

Event capacity may be limited. Submitting a registration does not automatically create a right to attend unless participation is expressly confirmed or capacity remains available.

Tweenip reserves the right to change, reschedule, or cancel an event.

10. Tweenip intellectual property

The name Tweenip, logo, design, database structure, texts, graphic elements, software, and other parts of the service may be protected by intellectual property rights.

Without our prior consent, you may not copy, systematically extract, resell, license, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the service or its content beyond normal use of the service.

11. Third-party links and services

Tweenip may contain links to third-party websites, services, or tools. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or rules of such third parties.

Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Availability of the service

We do not guarantee that Tweenip will always be available without interruption or error. We may change, update, restrict, or discontinue the service from time to time, including without prior notice.

13. Liability

Tweenip is provided as currently available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising in connection with the use of the service.

We do not exclude liability where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

14. Suspension or termination of access

Tweenip may temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate your access to the service or your account if you breach these Terms, applicable law, or if this is necessary to protect the service, other users, or third parties.

15. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by separate Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy documents available on the Tweenip website.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on the website. If a change is material, we may notify users in an appropriate manner.

By continuing to use the service after a new version of the Terms has been published, you agree to the updated version.

17. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and the legal relationship between Tweenip and the user are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

Any disputes will first be addressed amicably where possible. If that is not possible, they will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
